What can I do for free?
Everything except connecting your bank. Every tab works with the figures you enter yourself: the Cash ledger and forecast, Spending budgets, Debt payoff, Brokerage positions with market prices (may be delayed) and targets, Net Worth, Federal Tax and Projections. CSV and AI statement imports, reports, AI Optimize and encrypted backups are included.
What does a paid plan add?
Connections to your US bank, credit card, brokerage and loan accounts through Plaid. Balances, transactions, holdings and debt update on their own, a daily sync runs for you, and the Bank Inbox matches each bank transaction to its planned row. Paid accounts also get a larger daily AI allowance.
What is founder’s access?
It is our early price for the first people who join: $5 a month, or $54 a year. Prices will increase for new members at some point as Casharchy grows; you keep your founder's price for as long as your subscription continues.
What is the difference between Monthly and Annual?
The same plan either way. Monthly is $5 a month, $60 over a year. Annual is $54 paid once a year, 10% less, or $4.50 a month.
How do I pay?
By card (or Apple Pay, Google Pay or Link) on a secure Stripe payment page. Casharchy never sees or stores your card number. Your plan renews automatically each month or year until you cancel.
How do I cancel or switch plans?
In Settings, choose Manage billing. You can cancel, switch between Monthly and Annual, update your card and download receipts there. When you cancel you keep bank connections until the end of the period you paid for.
What happens if I stop paying?
Bank updates stop, and everything you have saved stays: your history, accounts and records are kept, and you can keep entering figures by hand on the free plan. If a payment fails we retry it for about two weeks first, and your bank connections keep working meanwhile.
Can I export or delete my data?
Yes, on every plan. Settings has an encrypted backup you can download and a Delete account button that removes your records and sign-in.
