A debt payoff planner for cards, loans and your mortgage

Every credit card, loan and mortgage in one table, each with a payoff schedule built from the payment you make. Add extra principal and see the payoff date move.

Debt payoff schedule for a mortgage, month by month
Sample household figures.

A payoff schedule for each account

A mortgage or loan applies exactly your scheduled payment each period: interest on the remaining balance first, the rest to principal. Add a recurring extra principal amount, or change it for a single month. The payoff date, total interest and remaining periods come from that schedule.

If a payment does not cover the interest, the account says so and shows a payoff of "Never" instead of an invented date.

Credit cards

A card you pay in full each statement shows as paid monthly. Otherwise each period pays the minimum you entered plus any extra; with no minimum entered, it is estimated as the interest plus 2% of the balance and marked as estimated.

The whole picture

The cards at the top show credit card debt, statement balance, mortgage debt and the mortgage payoff date. The Debt breakdown chart ranks each account by balance, and Mortgage Horizon draws the mortgage down to zero. Snapshots keep the totals over time, and Net Worth reads the same balances.
