A monthly budget that counts the bills still to come
Every purchase from every account, sorted into categories and measured against a monthly budget. Bills you have forecast in Cash are already counted as Projected, so the month’s total is complete on the first day.

Budgets by category
Give each category a monthly budget. The budget list shows what you have spent, what is left and how much per day remains, with a ring for the share of the budget used. Pick a category to see its transactions; pick Total income or All transactions to see those.
Actual so far, plus what is still forecast
A bill in your Cash forecast shows in Spending as Projected until the real charge arrives. Each one you match turns a piece of the forecast into fact, so the month’s total drifts from your estimate to what really happened. Every row is marked manual, projected, pending or posted.
The Income vs. Spending chart shows the year month by month: income in green, spending in blue, projected months lighter and the budget as a dashed line.
Split, ignore and import
One purchase can count in several categories: split a $184.62 store run into groceries, household and health, by amount or by percent. Mark a reimbursed purchase or a refund pair as Ignored and it stays in the ledger but counts nowhere.
Paste a CSV (a Rocket Money export is recognised), or on the paid plan import a statement with AI. Rows that look like ones you already have are skipped. A month’s Spending Report downloads as a PDF.
